Updates

We have updated our software for scheduling and invoicing.  Some changes have been made, some noticeable but most not.  The biggest change is that we can no longer (or the option will soon end) for the text messaging alerts the day before and after services.  However, there will be email messages so, be sure to check there.  

Invoicing will look a bit different, but you will still have the same payment online options except for the ACH (checking account) option. If you'd like to use your checking account, you will need to mail in a payment. They are working to bring that back so, when they do...we will be certain to let you know. 

A new feature on the invoice is the ability to request work.  When opening your invoice, at the top you should see "work request". You can click on that and send it to us.  Someone will contact you as soon as possible.   Also, there is a place for reviews, you can also go under "finance" and save your payments for auto-draft for your convenience. 

We do ask that you please go over your invoices this month more closely. There have been some errors during the transfer of information, etc... most I believe we have caught however, there have been a few with duplicate dates, etc...Please let us know ASAP if you notice something wrong or have a question so we can get it corrected immediately.
